Process
“Process” is a documentary devoted to the execution of the Jewish antifascist committee in the USSR. Director Alexander Zeldovich, the film is made by “Oleg Radzinsky’s company” with the assistance of MetronomeFilm. It has been shown at many festivals, the premiere took place in Tel Aviv at Festival « JEWISH EYE »WORLD JEWISH FILM FESTIVAL which is held by Spielberg’s Fund and Tel-Aviv cinematika. “Process” is a documentary picture, representing author’s installation of exclusively archival materials.
The film is devoted to the anniversary of the execution of Jewish Antifascist committee of the USSR in 1952. The film mentions some urgent problems of our days: destruction (holocaust) of the European Jewish population by the hands of Nazis with the connivance and tacit consent of the majority of Great World Powers, likeness of Stalin’s and Hitler’s regimes, state anti-Semitism inherited by the Stalin USSR from the defeated Germany, danger of neo-stalinism.
